Quality Management System

In 2007, in order to ensure sustainable development of the institution and increase the competitiveness of the services provided, the management of the Palace of the Republic decided to develop and implement a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the state standard STB ISO 9001-2001.

In June 2009, the Palace of the Republic received the first certificate of conformity of the quality management system with the requirements of the standard STB ISO 9001-2009 in relation to the organization and holding of state socio-political, special and cultural events; leasing of property.

The Palace of the Republic became the first among cultural institutions to receive a certificate of conformity for the quality management system.

Since its development, the quality management system has been revised twice: during the transition to version STB ISO 9001-2009 and during the transition to version STB ISO 9001-2015.

Currently, the institution has a dynamically developing quality management system that meets the requirements of the STB ISO 9001-2015 standard, which is confirmed by a certificate of conformity in the National Conformity Assessment System of the Republic of Belarus.
