Rental of premises

Premises located in the basement of the Palace of the Republic building at 1-1 Oktyabrskaya Square, Minsk, with a total area of 387.6 square meters, are available for rent. Electricity, central heating, and running water are available. Entrance to the premises is from Oktyabrskaya Square. The premises previously housed a karaoke club and can be used as a catering establishment.

The rent is determined in accordance with Decree No. 138 of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated May 16, 2023, “On the Lease and Free Use of Property.”
