Ticket refund
If you want to return a ticket purchased at the ticket office of the Palace of the Republic, you must contact the ticket office directly. For a refund, tickets must be presented on a letterhead.

In accordance with paragraph 6 of Article 217 of the Code of Culture, the organizer of a cultural and entertainment event is obliged to pay a citizen monetary compensation for the cost of an entrance ticket no later than seven calendar days from the date of filing an application for payment of monetary compensation.
According to paragraph 5 of Art. 217 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Culture, entrance tickets can be returned:
- At the initiative of the viewer or organization 1 calendar day before the day of the event. At the same time, the viewer or organization that returned the entrance ticket is reimbursed for at least 75% of the cost of the entrance ticket.
For example, if the day of the cultural and entertainment event is the 10th day of the month, then the last day of the return will be the 08th day of this month until 18:00 (working time of the organization that makes such a return). Tickets will not be accepted for return on the 09th.
- In case of cancellation, change of the pre-announced time (dates) or place of the event, replacement of it with another one, tickets are returned on the day of the canceled (scheduled) event, as well as in other terms established by the organizer of the event. At the same time, the citizen or organization that returned the entrance ticket is reimbursed for the full cost of the entrance ticket, with the exception of the service fee, since the ticket sales service has been provided.
Entrance tickets are returned at the location of the event organizer, and in case of cancellation, change of the pre-announced time (dates) or place of the event, its replacement with another one – also at the place of the canceled (scheduled) event and in other places established by the event organizer.
To receive a refund, you must present tickets on the letterhead of the ticket operator or electronic tickets in printed form.
In the event of a change in the pre-announced time (dates) or place of the event, replacing it with another, a citizen has the right to attend the event with the available entrance ticket.
