• Do I need to print the ticket?

  No, it’s enough to show an e-ticket on your phone.

• Does the child need a separate ticket?

  The ticket is valid for the passage of strictly one person, regardless of the age of the visitor to the concert event, unless otherwise specified by the organizer of the event.

• How to get a refund for a ticket?

  To return tickets, you туув to contact your ticket operator (it is listed on your ticket). If you purchased a ticket at the ticket offices of the Palace, then you need to contact them.

• What should I do if the ticket did not arrive at the specified email address?

  After paying for tickets on the website, the booking system creates a reservation and sends tickets to the event to the e-mail specified by the viewer. Usually, this happens instantly, but sometimes tickets are sent with a delay of 15 minutes to 1 hour. This is due to the peculiarities of the operation of ticket booking systems. Therefore, it is necessary to wait. And while waiting, you can check the folder “Spam”, “Promotions” and others, because with the development of “smart” sorting (for example, Google and Yandex) tickets can be moved to the wrong folders.

• Is it possible to leave a backpack/bag in the cloackroom?

  Yes. Small bags and packages can be left. For them, as well as for outerwear, a separate number is given.

• Can I take a photo/video camera with me?

  No, access to the hall with professional equipment is prohibited. You can shoot on your smartphone.

• Is there parking?

  We have paid parking for 97 cars. We advise you to come by public transport or taxi, taking into account the traffic situation.

• Can I come to the concert if I'm under 18?

  The admission of unaccompanied minors is carried out taking into account the age category of the event (0+, 6+, 12+, 16+ or 18+).

  Regardless of the age category of the event, guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to attend night events (the start, holding and/or ending time of which falls between 22:00 and 06:00 hours) without accompanying a parent or an official guardian.

• Can I buy a ticket offline?

  Currently, tickets can be purchased at the ticket offices of the Palace at Oktyabrskaya Square 1, opposite of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee.

• Is there a place in the Palace where you can have a snack?

  Yes, there are a cafe and a karaoke bar in the Palace. Please note that carrying your own food/drinks is strictly prohibited.
